SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery operates at the time of the transfer of the product’s physical possession to the client (the “Delivery”). The risk of lost or deterioration of the Product is transferred to the client at the time of the Delivery.

Delivery prices applicable to the Order are those indicated on the website at the time of the Order in the section “Delivery and returns”.

The delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the client, client must make sure that they have provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (including in particular: house number number/name, building number/name, staircase, access codes, names and/or numbers for the intercom, etc.).

In case of inability to deliver the products at the address indicated by the client, products will be returned to Cuctos which reimburse the client within five (5) days of the products’ receipt by Cuctos.

What items qualify for returns/exchanges?

We do not accept returns of clearance items or items showing normal wear and tear, improper care, negligence and the normal breakdown of natural material over extended time and use.

Can I return items purchased on sale?

We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased on clearance at any time.

Can I return/exchange a Cuctos that I purchased on another website/retail store?

We only accept products purchased through Cuctos.

What is the deadline to return/exchange items in my Cuctos order?

All returns/exchanges must be done by mail within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.

How will my returns be processed?

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Credit for your returned items will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the items. You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, and you can expect your refund within 14 days. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited.

How to Request Return or Exchange?

All return or exchange requests must be submitted to info@cuctos.com. Please include the following information:

  1. Web order number, purchase order number, or invoice number.
  2. If there is no order or invoice number available, please submit a picture of proof of purchase.
  3. Include an image of the item that is to be returned, if the item is damaged or defective, please include a detailed image of the items flaw as well.
  4. Preferred resolution.  

Example:

  • Please replace the item with an identical item or most similar item
  • Please issue a refund by original means of payment

Allow five to seven business days to complete all return and exchange claims in addition to three business days to process a received return package. Please be aware that Cuctos cannot issue a refund for any shipping fees incurred on customers' behalf.  All return shipments must be coordinated with customer service prior to shipment. Any returned package to Cuctos that has not been coordinated prior to shipment will be refused at delivery.  Please be sure to use an insured and traceable shipping method to return any package to Cuctos at the sender's expense, Cuctos is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Lack of response on a return claim query will be abandoned and voided after 30 calendar days.  For the consideration of our return processing department, we ask that each claim be submitted separately.  

Does the customer need a return fee?

No, customers do not need to pay a return fee. 

What if the Cuctos item I want to return is out of stock?

If an item is no longer available for exact replacement, you will receive credit for your returned item back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the items.

Return and Exchanges Restrictions:

  • Refunds and price adjustments will be issued in the original tender of purchase.
  • Cuctosdoes not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased from other retailers.
  • Returns or exchanges not accompanied by an original receipt or packaging slip will not be accepted.

Return Address: 

The return address will be provided by mail after submitting the application.

    Since the shoes were almost a month late ( were wanted for Christmas ), I now have to mail them to my child to see if they even fit. The shoes look nice , but I will never use the company again. Shoes were unacceptably delayed.

    Small toe box, too loose on top

    The shoes have a small toe box and too much leather over the top of my foot. Painful to walk at the first step. Beautiful to look at.

    I suggest next time you choose Wide much more fit your feet.

    Horrible odor

    I just recieved the pair of Kimberly Classic Oxfords I ordered. Your company address is in the U.K., so I assumed that the shoes would be coming from there, but instead, they came routed through a warehouse in China before arriving in the U.S. Cuctos advertises "safe" products. The shoes arrived wreaking of chemicals. The strong odor seeped out through the box and sealed mailing envelope. The smell is overwhelming, like formaldehyde, and induces an almost immediate headache. The shoes are visually appealing, but I am afraid to wear them for fear that they may be leeching out toxic gas, and even if the chemicals are harmless, they will have to be thoroughly aired out before wearing. I had to place the shoe box and shoes outside to keep the odor from permeating my home. Can you please tell me what chemicals were used in the production, and if they are safe to wear? I have never smelled anything like this eminating from any kind of leather.

    I'm sorry to give you a bad experience. This taste is the taste of shoe viscose. Generally, after the finished product is finished, our master will put the finished shoes for 2-3 days to let the taste dissipate. But in order to rush the delivery, we have omitted this step. Knowing that this is a bad experience for you, we are mindful that this is a step that should not be omitted. I checked the relevant information and found that this shoe glue originally did no harm to human body, so please rest assured that it just needs to be put in a ventilated place to let the smell dissipate. Don't worry. We will pay great attention to this problem and avoid this kind of situation in the shoes we ship after that.
